Wonderful house and wonderful landlady. The location was excellent everything was nearby, the gym, grocery stores, and tram station. The landlady is very helpful and flexible. The apartment is excellent and modern. You can find everything you need here :)). I enjoyed my stay here in Zagreb such a lovely city and lovely people. All the Love to Croatia :))

My stay in this apartment was great, nothing special to complain about. The house is in a good location in relation to the Faculty of Economics and Business, many shops around, and the tram station is nearby.
The house is newly renewed, provided with all the comforts, and in great shape. The landlady and her family are always ready to assist with any house problem.
2 suggestions:
-Please, provide more cleaning of the common spaces throughout the stay, allowing the house to be always in good shape.
-I think this house is more appropriate for 3 tenants instead of 4, in fact, the lack of a common living room (besides the kitchen) is a true pity. Especially for Erasmus students. having a space where to enjoy a social life is truly important.

Those were only suggestions based on my personal experience, but, as I mentioned above, the house is great and would totally recommend to book it.

I studied abroad in Zagreb and had an amazing stay in this apartment! The metro, a bakery, supermarkets, DM and the Maksimir park are super close. We could also reach the university and ZSEM within some minutes. The apartment is fully renovated with a big kitchen and a great view! Whenever we had an issue, the landlord and her son where helpful and always available. I can fully recommend the stay there! I’d always choose this apartment again!
