Find your new home from the comfort of your couch
No more need for in-person visits. Grabahome Team visits properties to create professional photos, virtual and 360° video tours so you can view them online. If you still need assistance, we will connect you with our agent that checked the property.
Request a booking
With just a few clicks you can make a booking request and the reservation will be held for you until you get a response. Unlike other booking platforms, we won’t ask for your credit card before the Landlord accepts your request.
Get an answer within 24 hours
The Landlord has to respond within 24 hours. Only after they accept, you will be asked to pay with a credit card. If they don’t accept, don’t worry, we’ll help you find the best alternative.
Move in
Once the payment is made, we will put you in contact with your new Landlord to arrange your move-in date and key collection. For maximum security, we will only transfer the first month’s rent to the Landlord 24 hours after you move in. This gives you a window of 24 hours to check the property and confirm its authenticity.
Things to consider
Check if the utilities are included in the price or not. Listings with a “Verified” badge mean that someone from our team checked the place and confirmed its authenticity.
