The apartment features 3 bedrooms (two for tenants, one for me), a bathroom, a separated toilet, kitchen, and a pantry, providing ample space and storage. Due to chimney damage from the earthquake, we ensure your comfort with the use of A/C and space heaters. The hallway is not heater so the property is ideal for those not sensitive to cooler conditions. My home is an ideal retreat for long-term stays for nomads, Erasmus students, etc.

Linen and towels are provided for your convenience, along with essential amenities such as a washer/dryer, hairdryer, baby iron, microwave, oven, and a dining table for 6. Minimum rental duration is 4 months, with discounts for longer stays.

Please note that heating is electric via A/C and space heaters, with guests responsible for the evenly split heating bill. The apartment has been partially renovated after the earthquake, with minor wall cracks that in no way compromise the comfort of living.

With 4-meter ceilings providing an airy ambiance, room-darkening shades, fire extinguishers, self, check in flexible method, board games, and a selection of books, my home ensures a delightful stay. Central heating is out of order, we use space (electric heaters). By booking the room, the guest agrees to turn off the heaters at night before sleep and when not in the apartment and the heaters can never be left unattended.

Other things to note
Given current developments, all utilities are included in the price except heating/cooling (electricity) for which the tenants pay every month in cash upon me reading the meter every 1st of the month. This is stipulated in the rental agreement and my legal obligation is to register you as a tenant at the police.

I hope the situation gets resolved quickly but there is no guarantee judging by how slow the authorities are in renovating the entire city. You are entitled to know about the situation and make an informed decision. Please have in mind that a possible ad hoc relocation will have to be required of you if the overall reconstruction of the buildings begins which would require tenants to move out. The relocation is organized by the guest. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. The host/owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation penalty-free in case the listing may become unavailable due to the post-earthquake building general repair process.
