The appartment is in a very good condition and offers everything you need. Since it is the only appartment in the ground floor it is very calm and enjoyable. It is located approx. 10 mins walking from the city center which makes it very easy to reach any place in a short time. Additionaly all essential shops like supermarket and pharmacy are very close.
The landlord is very nice and uncomplicated. He instructed me at the arrival and whenever I needed something, he responded in a very short time.
If you are looking for an appartment in a very good spot, which is modern and comfortable, this is your perfect choice. 🙂
