Covid-19 policies are implemented to help both Landlords and Tenants from impact of government and certain institution restrictions.

 

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

If you’re unable to travel to on the days of check-in, due to travel restrictions that are caused by Covid-19 government regulations, you can change your check-in day up to two weeks later than your original day. The new check-in day will be considered as the first day of your stay.

If you’re forbidden from travelling from your country, or if Croatia forbids you from entering on the days of your check-in (due to Covid-19 restriction), you have the right to cancel the booking and receive back the first month’s rent and Service Fee. We will only charge you a Cancellation fee of €50 to cover our costs. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the Service Fee and the rest will be given back.

FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS – EXCHANGE SEMESTER TERMINATED

If your home/Croatian university terminates your exchange semester before your check-in, you have the right to cancel the booking and receive back the first month’s rent and Service Fee. We will only charge you a Cancellation fee of €50 to cover our costs. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the Service Fee and the rest will be given back.

 

*Please keep in mind that we might ask all users to provide the following documents in case we consider it necessary: 

  • Travel tickets confirmation (Plane, train, bus, etc.)
  • Travel tickets cancellation/modification.
  • Official statements from local authorities about travel restrictions or confinement (official communications only).
